1. Rh6! (…Bishop some move, 2. Rxh7#, if …fxRh6, 2. g7#)
Rh6
Rh6!! (if Bishop makes some move, then Rxh7#, if …gxRh6, then g7#)
1. Rh6 gxh6
2. g7#
or
1. Rh6 B anywhere
2. Rxh7#
answer is Rh6 but i want to ask one question what is really importance of solving impossible situations ?? theoretical situations ????
Finally a 5 second tactic that took me 5 seconds.
1.Rh6 restrains the h pawn and puts black in zugzwang as black is forced to move and allow checkmate.
1…gxh6 2.f7#
Or any bishop move leaves h7 unprotected so white can play 2.Rxh7#
1.Rh6 B moves
2.Rxh7#
OR
1.Rh6 gxh6
2.g7#
