Bishop E3 wins I belewe. If KE4 then just move the A-pawn
I’m not so sure. 1.Kb5 looks promising to me. A move like 1.Be3 normally doesn’t work in studies!
After 1.Be3, Black has 1…c2
1.Be3 Bd4 looks a draw
Indeed TimS, Kb5 looks like the way to go :
1. Kb5 Bd4
2. Bxc3 Ba7
3. Bxf6,
and I guess White wins now.
1.Kb5! cxd2
[1…Bd4 2.Bxc3 wins easily.]
2.a7 c1Q
3.a8Q+ Kmoves
4.Kd4 Kd8+ and takes the queen, white wins.
A better defence for Black is,
2.a7 Kd4!
3.a8Q Ke3
White wins but there is some work to be done still.
