Kramnik will let Radjabov
win fide and Putin orders anything to beat the leader
I’m running out of chances to get it right. This oughta do it…
Kramnik-Radjabov 1-0
Svidler-Topalov 1-0
Anand-Shirov 1-0
Aronian-Karjakin 1/2-1/2
Ponomariov-Tiviakov 1/2-1/2
Navara-Motylev 1-0
Carlsen-van Wely 1-0
V. Kramnik – T. Radjabov 1/2
P. Svidler – V. Topalov 1/2
V. Anand – A. Shirov 1/2
L. Aronian – S. Karjakin 1:0
R. Ponomariov – S. Tiviakov 1:0
D. Navara – A. Motylev 1/2
M. Carlsen – L. van Wely 1/2
Sure to be correct prediction:
Kramnik 1/2 – 23 moves
I’m gonna say Kramnik will fight in this round against Radjabov and offer the draw after 18 moves this time… Radjabov will decline and end up losing.
Topalov will crush svidler… moving farther ahead of the field.
I am always amazed how Kramnik manages to get small pluses into drawish positions with white and ends up winning. I hope he goes with the catalan again, as it has been very instructive for , at least for me.
Topa is a shark – regardless of colour, he goes for the win.Though svidler is no push over.
I like Anand, but I’m wishing best of luck to shirov – he had a bad tournament and beating Anand would be a great boost of self esteem to him.

“Some anonymous posting on this site should be seeing some doctor for mental illness. What is this Putin and KGB stuff ?”
Oh, that’s easy enough to explain. Topalov broke the ethics rules right out in the open. There’s no way to defend him so his friends don’t even try. The only alternative is to prove that Kramnik did something even worse, as if that would make things better for Veselin.
Since many posters are low on debate skills but high on megalomania, they can’t think of any better way to “prove” something than to just say it and imagine that everyone will believe them on faith because they’re so great. Even posting anonymously, they figure their greatness will somehow shine through and carry the day.
Of course just because they want to help Topalov doesn’t mean that they’re competent to do it. Thanks to well-meaning boobs like our friend, whenever Topalov plays, the attention will always be focused on his bad behavior in Elista, rather than his current play. No matter how good he plays, he’ll never get out from under that shadow.

You can’t argue with success. It looks like he was right. Since the game wasn’t decisive, then the first poster must have hallucinated the whole Putin conspiracy bit. Meds would probably help.

Dan keep up the good work. You missed again but just by the law of averages you should accidently get it right once in a while.
For example if you try all draws you will eventually get it right some day. All draws happen all too often.
