Kiplinger – AOL Money & Finance just came out with a list of best cities in America to live. There are some very surprising choices.
10. Iowa City, IA
9. Pittsburgh, PA
8. Ithaca, NY
7. Asheville, NC
6. Kansas City, MO
5. Austin, TX
4. Atlanta, GA
3. Albuquerque, NM
2. Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN
1. Nashville, TN
Do you agree with this list? Are there other cities which you think should make this list?
Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
I’ve always enjoyed Providence, Rhode Island.
Apparently they’ve never been to Ithaca if it made the list.
Such lists reflect the biases of the people who prepare them. Mind you, these are all fine places, but I don’t think the question admits of an objective answer. My own preference is New York, New York.
Marc, are you in NY?
Yes, of course I am in New York, but I am certainly not alone in my preference for it. And I am not from here; it’s where I chose to live. So did Susan Polgar.
