According to what I read on Xu Yuhua’s Chinese Blog, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy (6.22 Jin = 3.11 kg = approx. 7 lbs) on August 23, 2006. Congratulations is in order for the reigning Women’s World Champion!

6.22 kg? That is one big Chinese baby…
Two Chinese Jin = One kilogram.
So the baby should be 6.22 Jin = 3.11 kg = nearly 7 poinds, which makes some sense.
