The All India Chess Federation on behalf of FIDE and Asian Chess Federation cordially invite your Federation to participate in the Asian Team Chess Championsip-2009 Men & Women to be conducted in Kolkata, India

Town Hall, Kolkata

Participation

Each Member Federation in Asian Chess Federation (ACF Zones 3.1, 3.2, 3.3., 3.4, 3.5 & 3.6) has the right to field one team each in the Men & Women Sections. Host Member Federation is entitled to field one extra team in each category. Men Team shall comprise of 4 plus 1 reserve and the Women team shall also comprise of 4 players plus 1 reserve.

Registration

Each participating Federation shall pay the stipulated entry fee of US$300 per team before arrival. The Registration Forms shall be submitted to the All India Chess Federation to be received before 18^th November, 2009. Late entries will be accepted till 10^th December, 2009 with a penalty of US$ 250 per team payable to the organizing Federation. A copy of the form should also be sent to Asian Chess Federation and also respective Zonal Presidents. Entries shall be submitted in the official entry form appended.
