Geez, Susan, you seem like the nicest person in the world but somehow you attract some of the biggest a-hole commenters. My favorites (besides the ones about Topalov Veselin) are the ones who complain about the commentary you provide for free.
No matter what you do, you will always attract people who look upon everything with negativity.
I am sure Susan has seen this all before and it probably rolls of her like water off a ducks back. The thing is, it should not have to.
