Yes, white can win, and I don’t even need my chessboard for once:
1. Kd7 Qb8
2. Qc3!
White cannot win by taking at b8: [2.Qb8 Kb8 3.a4 Ka8 4.a5 Kb8 5.Kd8 6.Ka8 a6 7.Kb8!=]. The threat here is Qa5+ followed by Qa7 and Qa8. Continuing:
2. …..Qe5 (only way to guard a5)
3. Qc8 Qb8
4. Qc5 Qe5
5. Qf8!
Of course, Qxe5 is stalemate. Continuing:
5. …..Qb8
6. Qb4
And now white has double mating lines that start with Qa4 or Qa5, and black’s queen can’t prevent them both. So, black has to play his last trick:
6. …..Qc8
7. Ke7!
If white captures at c8, it is stalemate, and Kd6 allows the skewer Qf8+ with a draw. Now black is out of checks, ways to force stalemate, and has no way to prevent both Qa4 and Qa5.
Kd7 and Qc3 looks about right…keep on checking and gradually moving the queen close to the a file.
1. Kd7+ Qb8 2. Qc3 (with Qa5-Qa7 leading to checkmate) works.

Without the queens on the board, White can’t dislodge the Black king, forcing a draw and guiding these moves: 1. Kd7+ Qb8 2. Qc3 (aiming for the a-file) Qe5 3. Qc8+ Qb8 4. Qc5 Qe5 5. Qf8+ Qb8 6. Black draws. Once the Q’s are off the board, all White can do is advance the a pawn, but Black only takes it when his K is on b8. Black can always get the opposition.
If 1. Ke7+ Qb8 2. Qc3 Qe5! (or Qd4 Qf4!)

Well,nice puzzle.
If both players are strong,then game ends in Stalemate/Draw/Repeated move draw[ Variations exist ]
A chance is there to attract the Black piece,to place wrong foot.I will give examples supporting my view.

3.Kd6 Ka8

5.a5 Ka8
6.a6 Kb8

Oh yeah, maneuver the WQ to b4 of course. I think I saw that but missed that Black has no more checks after Ke7.

against 2Qc3 but it is valid against 2Qd4 also.

Lol – Guys – You know what – I take all your comments as compliments – Do you know why ?
Well,its true that I skirt the (puzzle)issue,so that attention to unknown (Areas)positions are brought to light – lol .
Just to make,all chess lovers to discovery the possibilities by themselves for the given puzzle in absolute visibility.
So skirting the puzzle with silliness,is fact a way to make everybody use their mind without much complexity in bright visibility – : lol :Cool.
