According to Article 5.A(4) of the Electoral Regulations, FIDE is publishing the list of proxies submitted to FIDE Secretariat.

List of Delegates and Proxies (pdf)

Holders of more than one proxy can now reassign excess proxies to a Delegate (not a proxy), who does not hold another proxy. This reassignment should be advised to the FIDE Secretariat. As this is a non-election year, pursuant to Article 5.B(1) of the Electoral Regulations, proxies can be assigned and re-assigned at any time.

Note from the Electoral Committee (ELE): The ELE members are not unanimously convinced that, according to the rules, a proxy can be re-assigned only to a Delegate. Some ELE members consider that the rules (in particular Article 5.A(5) of the Electoral Regulations) allow re-assignments also to non-delegate proxyholders identified in the list that is published today. This is being discussed and the ELE will report further. For now, the ELE recommends that the FIDE guidance above be followed to avoid any possible disqualification of proxies.
