Free throw shooting woe finally caught up with Memphis. The Memphis Tigers missed three of four free throws in the final minute and Kansas’ Mario Chalmers drilled a 3-pointer to send the title game to overtime. They erased a late 7-point Tigers lead.
Kansas simply dominated in overtime to win by the score of 75-68. Congratulations to the Kansas Jayhawk!
