3rd Annual Clark Harmon Memorial Held April 25-26, 2009
The tournament ended in a tie between Nick Raptis and Steve Breckenridge when both scored 4.5-.5.
38 players took part in the event held at the Portland Oregon Chess Club and directed by Neil Dale. The event is named for Clark Harmon, many time Oregon Chess Champion who played in and organized chess events starting in late 1950’s in Oregon and Washington.
