Dear participants,
Urgently send to Baku at visas@bakuchess.com the following:
– the color scan of your passport
– an ID picture suitable for official documents (on a white background)
– the filled table (sent to everybody and available in Olympiad registration system) with some information needed for the visas
These have to reach Baku by August 8th 2016. Otherwise, it could lead to non-participation in the Olympiad.
