I think…took a few seconds longer than 20.

I spotted the first move immediately, but I can’t claim to solve it in 20 seconds. Probably something like 40 seconds to convince myself it was right:
1. Qh3 Kg8
2. Nf6
The hard move to spot. Continuing:
2. …..gf6 (Kf8 3.Qh8#)
3. Qh7 with mate on the next move.
