The tournament in the Wandelhalle Bad Zwischenahn organised through ChessOrg. A competition held by FIDE and the German Chess Federation. There are 340 participants , 36 women and 304 men.
Every Lady and Gentleman has the possibility to participate, provided he reached his 60th birthday on 01.01.2008 and she reached her 50th birthday on 1.1. 2008.
