When I visited Moscow recently, I had dinner with GM Vadim Zvjaginsev, Victor Bologan, Anatoly Karpov and Alex Onishuk to celebrate his US Championship victory. During dinner, we jokingly discussed this opening. Vadim Zvjaginsev insisted that this opening is sound. I guess he is right. Congratulations to Vadim!
